Counter Strike: Global Offensive - Wiki

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) is a first-person shooter video game in the Counter-Strike series. It was announced to the public on August 12, 2011, and developed by Valve Corporation and their partner, Hidden Path Entertainment. The game was later released on August 21, 2012 for the Playstation 3, Xbox 360, Microsoft Windows, and OS X, as a downloadable title.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive started off as an Xbox 360 port of Counter-Strike: Source by Hidden Path Entertainment. Seeing this as an opportunity to expand the franchise, Valve turned it into an entirely new game.
Jess Cliffe confirmed the title "Global Offensive" on the official Steam forums on August 11, 2011, while Valve later confirmed it during the official announcement on August 12, 2011.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is designed on the latest version of the Source engine and is not built off of Counter-Strike: Source. Valve intended for the game to cater to both the casual and competitive community, including both a matchmaking system as well as support for dedicated servers.

Valve announced that the beta would begin in October, but they later delayed it due to feedback from VIP players. The closed beta started on November 30, 2011. Starting August 14, 2012, the beta was open to anyone who had pre-ordered the game.

Development is ongoing, and updates can be tracked at Valve's Product Updates channel . A community grassroots effort to better document, organize, and track the resolutions of existing bugs and issues has been acknowledged by Valve, and the unofficial CS:GO Bugs and Issue Tracker is maintained by the 64bitVPS Gaming Community .

Operation Payback, introduced April 26, 2013, is the first of several planned custom map promotions. Its new playlist will last until July 31, when a new "operation" will likely take over.

As of yet, the console versions have not been updated and are extremely different when compared to their Steam counterpart. It is currently unknown whether or not Valve has plans for updating these versions.

There are 8 new weapons in Global Offensive, and there are several changes to returning weapons, regarding the firepower, rate of fire, accuracy, and movement speed. Weapons in bold are new weapons that never appeared in a previous game. Weapons in italics are weapons that replace an old gun and its role. They retain the same basic attributes and are officially considered the "successor".

Armor costs money in Competitive mode, while it is free in Casual mode.
The defusal kit is purchasable in Competitive mode. In Casual mode, every Counter-Terrorist will automatically be given the Defusal Kit.
A new piece of equipment - the Zeus x27 appears as a stun gun and provides a one time, one shot kill for $1,000.

In the March 21, 2013 update, the Rescue kit has been added to allow a Counter-Terrorist pick up a hostage within one second instead of four.

Minecraft - Wiki

Minecraft is a sandbox game orginally created by Swedish programmer Markus "Notch" Persson and was later developed and published by Mojang.

Blocks
Blocks make up the Minecraft landscape, and are integral to gameplay. They can be used in crafting and can be manipulated in many ways. The face of a block is 16 by 16 pixels, however using texture packs you can increase this to 1024 by 1024 pixels these texture packs take lots of RAM, and each block is proportionately one cubic meter.

Crafting Items
As the uses of natural blocks are limited, it is imperative that players make use of the crafting interface in order to survive. Players can combine items in a 2x2 interface (extended to 3x3 by use of a crafting table), with each item taking up one square. Different arrangements of items create useable items, which players can exploit to further their collection of resources, and in turn create more items.

GTA V - 5 Wiki

Grand Theft Auto V, also known as GTA 5 or GTA V, is an upcoming Rockstar North video game currently in development. It is the fifteenth instalment in the Grand Theft Auto series.
Announced on October 25, 2011, the game's first trailer was released on November 2, 2011, at 4:00 PM GMT. The game was initially slated for a Spring 2013 release, but was pushed to September 17th the same year.

Grand Theft Auto V is to be set in modern-day Los Santos and its surrounding areas and tells the stories of three protagonists: Michael, Franklin and Trevor.

Grand Theft Auto V evolves nearly every mechanic that were in the previous Grand Theft Auto games. As far as driving goes, the cars have been greatly improved, with Rockstar running more physics on them. The cars even hold to the ground a bit better and the mechanics feel more like a racing game, compared to Grand Theft Auto IV's rocky, boat-like handling system. The shooting mechanics will be better in terms of the feel of the mechanics and bigger compared to the melee mechanics in the game, but that doesn't mean that the melee combat won't be fun, as it as been improved over the previous titles as well. It has also been confirmed that this will be the first Grand Theft Auto game that has a fully-fledged ecosystem.
There are many unique features in the game, one of those features is that when the players are playing as one of three protagonists in the game, the other two are living out their daily lives, and you will be surprised by what you find the characters doing when you switch back into them. Another unique feature is the swapping characters feature happens in a Google Earth styled manner and was displayed during a Game Informer demo, which it showed to have ran smoothly and without lag.

New activities have also been added, such as yoga, triathlons, jet skiing, base-jumping, tennis, a full-fledged golf, and scuba diving. The mobile phone has also returned but will only be used for calling your friends and using the internet. Flipping off people is another new feature the player can use (which Rockstar recommended you do in various locations around Los Santos to see the outcome of this effect, depending on where the player is at they will get different reactions from pedestrians).

Rockstar has also made changes to the pedestrian mechanics; some pedestrians you see at the bus stops in South Los Santos will reappear in Rockford Hills working on rich peoples' lawns and gardens. Some minor mechanics that help out the environment and looks of Los Santos will come on at certain times, such as a sprinklers system coming on in the morning in rich areas like Rockford Hills.

Grand Theft Auto V will feature three playable protagonists; Michael, Trevor and Franklin.

Michael is a retired professional bank robber, who after making a sweetheart deal with FIB, returned to the life of crime. Trevor is the loose cannon in this story, who is also a long time best friend of Michael's and a hot-head psychopath as well. Last but certainly not least, we have Franklin, a young and black grim repo man who has a large amount of experience behind the wheel, but no real experience to crime until he meets Michael while he was trying to get a hustle.
